Your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns within our guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition, with all original packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Special orders and final sale items are not eligible for return. Gifts may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@ilargento.com with your order ID and billing zip code. A return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method for merchandise returned within the 30-day window. Shipping and handling charges are deducted from all refunds and store credits. If your original order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
Store Credit
Store credit is applied to merchandise and applicable tax only. Shipping costs are not included in any store credit issued.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Special orders
- Final sale items
- Items not in their original, new, unused condition
Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit only — they cannot be refunded to the purchaser.
